Resolved on making use of gta02 as a regular phone.
What better than to make use of (as a regular device and a development env) the device on a regular basis.

It's the only way to get to know the device and getting started with....
Only recently I flashed the gta02 device with qtmoko.. Even brazillion thanks to Radek and team is just too short and insignificant when compared to amt of work that is being carried out. It's really a good work. As I have tested the device with OM2008 and SHR(great work guys ) I liked QtMoko.
OM2008 is making use of qpe but needs little bit more working on the illume(kernel part is not yet being ventured) part the same goes for SHR - it makes use of fso. It was frequently flashing the fatal error dialog this was with the latest image that I downloaded

The QtMoko provided much better stability even though I had to  reboot the device couple of times due to slow response of the ts(thats ok with me:-)) reason the QMPlayer was unnecessarily running in the bg. Its been working non stop with everthing working as expected. Bluetooth worked out of the box and also the wifi which needed little bit of config to be taken care of. I think that battery charge is holding well don't know how to benchmark it(will figure it out).
